TEKIBO (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Caloscope collects, uses, and safeguards your information. Our app is designed with a “Privacy First” architecture, ensuring that your sensitive health data remains under your control.

1. Information Collection and Storage

A. Local Health & Nutrition Data

Caloscope is an offline-first application. All data you input—including calorie intake, macronutrients, meal descriptions, body weight, and timestamps—is stored exclusively on your device’s local storage.

• We do not host this data on our servers.
• We do not have access to your personal health logs.

B. Google Drive Synchronization (Optional)

If you choose to enable the Google Drive Sync feature:

• The App requests access to a restricted folder on your Google Drive (drive.appdata).
• This data is transmitted directly between your device and Google. TEKIBO does not intercept, view, or store this data.
• Your use of this feature is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

C. Technical and Purchase Data

To facilitate app functionality and premium features, we process:

• Transaction Data: We receive confirmation of purchases (Transaction ID, Date) from the Google Play Store to activate features. We do not see your credit card details.
• Device Info: Anonymized data (device model, OS version) may be used for troubleshooting.

2. Data Confidentiality and Future Provisions

We value your trust. Even if TEKIBO introduces additional synchronization modes or cloud storage options in the future:

• Your data will remain confidential and will never be sold or shared with third-party advertisers or data brokers.
• Any new sync options will remain optional and user-controlled.

3. Third-Party Services

Caloscope utilizes third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Please review their policies:
