1. Scope of Service
Caloscope is a calorie and nutrition tracking tool provided by TEKIBO. The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for 100% accuracy, we do not warrant that the nutritional data or calculations are error-free.
2. Health Disclaimer
Caloscope is not a medical device. The information provided is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a physician before starting any diet or fitness regimen.
3. Intellectual Property
All software, design, logos, and trademarks associated with Caloscope are the exclusive property of TEKIBO. You may not attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions.
4. User Responsibilities
- Data Integrity: Because the app is offline-first, you are solely responsible for backing up your data using the provided Google Drive sync or other manual methods. TEKIBO is not liable for data loss due to device theft, damage, or app deletion.
- Updates: You agree to keep the app updated to ensure the best performance and security.
5. Third-Party Terms
By using Caloscope, you also agree to the terms of service provided by Google for their Play Services and Drive API.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TEKIBO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app signifies your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
